FT Banking Risk & Regulation coverage

It's been great to see an article land in the FT's Banking Risk & Regulation journal for my client Wordwatch, which focuses on the findings of a survey that looks into how regulated organisations are managing their interaction recordings. 

The survey was conducted by Danebury Research - the PR survey company, on behalf of Wordwatch and it identified a number of compliance risks around the use of legacy systems to manage historic recordings (which must be retained for regulatory compliance purposes).
